摘　　要：除了胰岛素释放减少外,肝脏胰岛素信号转导异常也是慢性胰腺炎导致内分泌功能障碍的一个重要环节。其发生机制包括胰岛素受体、胰岛素受体底物和葡萄糖载体蛋白的表达和功能改变,以及胰升糖素样肽和脂联素等激素水平变化的影响。深入研究其具体机制,对改善慢性胰腺炎患者的预后具有重要的科学研究意义和应用开发前景。Apart from the reduction of insulin release,the abnormal hepatic insulin signal transduction is the important mechanism of dyshormonism induced by chronic pancreatitis.The changes of expression and function on insulin receptor,insulin receptor substrate and glucose transporter may involve in the abnormal transduction.Understanding the molecular mechanisms of hepatic insulin signal transduction is of great scientific and application significance for improving the prognosis of patients.
