摘  要:应用透射电镜技术对40例前列腺癌、20例前列腺增生症及10例正常前列腺组织的神经内分泌(NE)细胞进行观察,并与抗嗜铬粒蛋白A(CgA)、神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)和6种激素抗体免疫组化技术进行对比观察。前列腺癌中含NE型癌细胞32例,依据内分泌颗粒的形态不同可分为三种类型,前列腺增生症NE细胞的形态与正常前列腺组织相似,但数量有明显变化。对正常前列腺组织细胞的超微形态与功能。The neuroendocrine(NE) cells in fresh specimens of 40 prostatic carcinoma,20 benign prostatic hyperplasic (BPH) and 10 normal prostatic tissues(NP) were studied with transmission electron microscopy(TEM) and their immunohistochemical charatreristics were contrasted by using anti CgA,NSE and six kinds of hormonal antibody under TEM.Carcinomatous NE cell were found in 32 out of 40 cases with prostatic carcinoma.It is shown that the cellular and nuclear shapes were heteromorphic. Based on their different shapes of endocrine granules,the NE cells could be categorized into three types.The shape of NE cells in BPH was similar to that of the NP,but the number varied remarkably.The diagnostic features of ultrastructural pathological changes of NE cells and their functional alterations in prostatic carcinoma were discussed.
