摘　　要：31－HomorifamycinW是一个醌类抗生素，在不同底物中，它的快原子轰击质谱（FABMS）的准分子离子是不同的。在底物甘油中，准分子离子是（M＋3H）＋，在底物3－硝基苯甲醇中，准分子离子为（M＋H）＋，而在底物α－吡咯烷酮中，它的准分子离子为（M＋2H）＋。In the paper the quasi-Molecular ion of quinone compound 31-Homorifamycin Wwas measured, it is (M＋3H) in the glycerol Matrix, but (M＋H )＋in the 3-Ntrobenzylalcohol (NBA )matrix. It Probably resulted from the hydroquinone in the glycerol matrixof the FAB source.
