摘  要:研究了在表面活性剂胶束增溶增敏作用下,铜催化抗坏血酸还原苯基重氮氨基偶氮苯的退色反应,测定了表观活化能,探讨了反应机理,建立了高选择性测定痕量铜的新方法。检测限为0.5ng/mL,线性范围为0~0.9μg/25mL。用于发样中痕量铜的测定。n the presence of cationic surfactant TPC,trace amounts of Cu(Ⅱ) catalyze the decoloring reduction of triazene agent by ascorbic acid,this reaction has been studied in sulphuric acid medium The order and mechanism of reaction and the apparent activation energy have been determined A highly selective new method of kinetic spectrophotometry for the determination of trace Cu(Ⅱ) was established The range of determination is 0 ̄0 9μg/25mL The method has been used for determining trace copper in human hair with satisfactory results
