摘　　要：大学生党员是党员队伍中一个特殊而重要的群体,肩负着崇高而又艰巨的历史使命。在新形势下,随着社会环境的变化和高校改革的不断深入,大学生党建工作出现了一些新情况和新问题。顺应时代发展要求,进一步加强和改进大学生党员的教育和管理工作,是高校党建的一项极其重要的任务。College student Party members are Party members in a special and important group,who shoulder the noble and arduous historical mission.There are some new problems in Party construction in colleges under the new situations by the changes of social environment and the deepening of reform of colleges and universities.It＇s very important to strengthen and improve the education of college student Party members in new era for the Party construction in colleges.
