摘  要:文章首先阐述了决策管理盲点,主要表现在:盲目跟风,没有自己的特色;高估自己,没有量力而行;缺乏计划,眉毛胡子一把抓;依靠经验,使决策屡遭失败;没有远见,使决策大打折扣;群体决策,出现"从众效应"。接着提出了如何克服决策管理盲点。最后论述了如何分析影响理性决策因素,做出科学决策。this paper aims to analyze what blind points in company's decision of management is, which is mainly reflected in the following aspects, that is, following trends blindly without any distinctive features, overestimating self-ability, lacking plans and trying to attend to big and small matters all at once. Moreover, some people often rely on their experience which results in the false decision-making. They also show little foresight which influences the effects of the decision. They follow most people's idea without hesitation which is called "Bandwagon Effect". On the basis of above analyses, the author sys- tematically illustrates how to overcome these blind points and how to make the right decision scientifically with considering the relative factors.
