摘　　要：目的建立GC法测定天然冰片（右旋龙脑）中杂质樟脑的含量。方法以聚乙二醇（PEG）为固定相;柱温为170℃。结果在0.11mg.mL-1范围内线性关系良好,r=0.999,平均回收率为99.7%,RSD为1.6%（n=6）。结论本方法简便、灵敏、重复性好,可用于冰片中的樟脑的质量控制。Objective A GC method was established for the determination of camphor in natural Borneol（d-Borneolum）.Methods Use PEG as the stationary phase,and maintain the column temperature at 170℃.Results The linear range of camphor was 0.1～1mg（r=0.999）.The average recovery was 99.7%,and RSD was 1.6%（n=6）.Conclusion The method is simple,rapid and with good reproducibility.It can be used for the quality control of camphor in natural Borneol.
