公司成立年限对隐性知识创新影响的实证研究

摘　　要：知识创新研究可谓当前的一大研究热点,国内外学者从不同的视角对此展开研究,但是从公司成立年限视角入手,对隐性知识创新展开实证研究可谓是一个空白。基于此,以上海、浙江、北京、江西等地几百家公司高层管理人士为调查对象,从实证角度展开了研究。结果表明,成立年限为11-20年的公司对隐性知识创新的重视程度在0.05的显著性水平下要优于成立年限小于5年和超过20年的公司。这个结论也说明,在知识经济条件下,隐性知识创新有利于公司获得持续竞争优势。Knowledge innovation is a hot research topic; scholars both at home and abroad focus their study on it from different perspectives. However, to conduct empirical studies of tacit knowledge innovation from the perspective of corporate founded life is still a blank. Therefore, this paper carries out an empirical study with the senior managers of hundreds of companies located in Shanghai, Zhejiang, Beijing, Jiangxi, etc. as subjects of the＇survey. The result indicates that the degree of emphasis on tacit knowledge innovation by companies with founded life from 11 to 20 years is better than that of the companies with a life shorter than 5 years or longer than 20 years, under the significant level of 0.05. The conclusion also proves that tacit knowledge innovation can contribute much to the attainment of sustainable competitive advantage in the context of knowledge-based economy.
