摘　　要：在经济全球化日益加深的同时,世界经济发展也呈现出很强的区域化特征,区域正逐渐成为经济协调发展的重要基础,这种经济区域化的发展趋势越来越明显。而产业集群正是区域产业组织的一种形式。大量同行或相关企业基于共同的价值目标或者利益联系堆扎在特定的区域形成针对某种产业的空间集聚并获得外部规模经济和范围经济。而隶属于服务业中的体育产业作为新兴产业,无论是形成规模,还是价值创造上都能为国家区域经济发展提供新的推动力。通过对体育产业空间集聚的路径探索,利用结构方程模型软件AMOS7.0建立因子结构模型求出回归系数、观测体育产业集群隐形因子之间的因果关系,从而推导出体育产业集群形成的合理建构,为今后体育产业发展路径提出创新性建议。With the economy globalize deeply, manifesting strongly territorial character. Region is becoming the foundation which correspond the economy and the tendency is clearly. Industry cluster is a form of regional industry organization. Many similar and correlative enterprises assemble in some region based on the common value and destination getting exterior benefit. As a rising industry, sport industry belonged to servicing industry could impulse the development of national economy whatever on the scale or value. Au thor tries to trace path of sport industry cluster, using AMOS7.0 construct factor model to get regression parameter and observing relation between factors for deducing the rational model. Ultimately give the creative advice on development of sport industry.
