摘　　要：经过对煤矿跨线多煤口装车线的调研，提出了一种预先亏装，过衡后按亏装量自动增补的装车工艺，并采用计控一体化技术，完成了王庄煤矿跨线多点装车线列车煤量自动增补系统开发。经测试，该系统较好地实现了列车连续、快速、高效。Abstract A coal car loading system is an very important to coal production and sales. With the development of the coal industry and requirements of the coal market economic and less person high production, Coal Mines have proposed a more higher requirement of coal car loading speed and loading accuracy. After a study and analysis of the existing coal car loading technology with multiple coal loading point and loading line, a auto balance system of coal quantity was development in combination with existing xoal loading system and electrical railway counterbalance system. With the count/control general technology, the coal cxar can have a continouus, rapid ,high efficient and accuracy loading operation. A completed such system is installed in Wangzhuang MIne of Lu'an Coal Mining Administration. After the loading test and measure, the system has reached the proposed target, a continuous rapid ,high efficient and accuracy loading operation and a loading accuracy higher than 0 3%.
