胃镜下微波联合幽门螺杆菌根除治疗成熟型疣状胃炎63例

摘　　要：目的探讨胃镜下微波联合幽门螺杆菌(Hp)根除治疗成熟型疣状胃炎(VG)的疗效。方法经胃镜诊断且Hp阳性的63例成熟型VG患者在胃镜下对疣状病变行微波治疗,术后给予Hp根除治疗。疗程结束后4周检测Hp的根除率、以及4周和6个月时疣状病变的治愈率。结果疗程结束4周后Hp根除率为90.48%,4周后成熟型疣状隆起的治愈率93.65%,6个月后成熟型疣状隆起的治愈率为87.3%。结论胃镜下微波联合Hp根除治疗成熟型疣状胃炎疗效显著。Objective To study the efficacy of endoscopic microwave and Helicobacter pylori（HP）eradication therapy mature verrucous gastritis（VG）.Methods Diagnosed by endoscopy and Hp positive 63 cases of mature VG patients in endoscopic microwave therapy of verrucous lesions,Hp eradication therapy given after.The end of treatment 4 weeks after detection of Hp eradication rates,and 4 weeks and 6 months the cure rate of verrucous lesions.Results The end of treatment 4 weeks after Hp eradication rate was 90.48%.After 4 weeks,cure rate of Mature verrucosa uplift was 93.65%.After 6 months,cure rate of Mature verrucosa uplift was 87.3%.Conclusion Endoscopic microwave combined Helicobacter pylori eradication therapy Mature Verrucous gastritis was significant.
