摘  要:研究了鞍钢X80钢板在多丝埋弧焊时不同焊丝-焊剂匹配条件下的冲击韧性。试验表明,鞍钢X80钢板对于试验所选的焊丝-焊剂匹配,其冲击功均满足标准要求。在较高焊速下(外焊2 m/min,内焊1.9 m/min),宝鸡H08C与现代S-900SP的匹配,其焊缝热影响区及焊缝区冲击韧性最好;宝鸡H08C与奥林康OP121的匹配次之。在较低焊速下(外焊1.65 m/min,内焊1.55 m/min),美国林肯LNS140TB与美国林肯998N、宝鸡H06H1与SJ101H1的匹配最好。两种情况下宝鸡系列的匹配均为中上水平且冲击功值稳定,结合经济性考虑可作为优先选用的匹配。Study on X80 grade steel plate impact toughness under different matching of welding wire and flux for multi- wire submerged arc welding process was carried out in Anshan Iron & Steel Group Corporation. Experimental results showed that, the selected welding wire and flux matching for XS0 grade steel plate, its impact energy values meet the standard requirements. At high welding velocity ( 1.9 m/min or 2 m/min ), the matching between Baoji H08C and Hyundai S -900SP showed the impact toughness of Heat Affected Zone and weld is the best;the matching of Baoji H08C and Oerlikon OP121 took the second place. At low welding velocity( 1.65 m/min or 1.55 m/rain} ,the best result is the matching between Lincoln LNS140TB -Lincoln 998N and Baoji HO6hl -SJ101H1. In both cases,Baoji series matching posses middle and upper levels and stable impact energy values,with combination of economic consideration they can be used as preferred matching.
