金融危机下美国高等教育现状对中国的启示

摘　　要：蔓延至世界范围的金融危机,不仅使世界格局发生了重大而深刻的变化,同时对各国的高等教育体系造成了一定的冲击。系统总结并理性剖析美国高等教育系统为应对危机、化解难题所采取的有效的应对措施,通过分析高等教育与市场、高等教育与政府以及高等教育与高校自身的关系,以科学发展观为指导,合理应对世界金融危机,以"危机"为"契机",把握高等教育改革与发展的时机,具有重要的现实意义。The worldwide financial crisis, which not only brought the profound changes to the world situation, but also induced some impacts to the higher education system of the world. Summary and analysis of the western system of higher education system as a rational response to the crisis, resolving problems by taking effective measures to deal with the market through the analysis of higher e- ducation, higher education and university and government, so as to take on the crisis with the view of scientific development, as well as their own relationship to look on ＂crisis＂ as ＂an opportunity＂, so that to grasp the occasion of reformation and development of higher education, which has important practical significances.
