关于合并高校构建和谐校园的思考

摘　　要：合并高校构建和谐校园,必须在"以人为本"的前提下,把握好"冶铸大学精神"和"谋求科学发展"这两个关键。平等协作与和而不同的精神,依法治校与人文关怀的精神,学术自由与开拓创新的精神,是和谐校园大学精神的核心内涵。进行科学定位,优化资源配置,加强学科融合,突出品牌特色,依托和服务地方经济,加强产学研合作,是合并高校谋求科学发展的必由之路,也是创建和谐校园的坚强后盾。In creating a harmonious combined university,people-oriented prioritization must be adopted while a harmonious university spirit and scientific development should be promoted.A harmonious spirit is characterized by cooperation,free expression,rule of law,humanistic governance,academic freedom,and innovation.Scientific development strengthens a university＇s suitable positioning,optimization of resources,integration among disciplines,emphasis on unique programs,service for local economy,and collaboration between research and industry.The achievement of the above targets will facilitate the creation of a harmonious university.
