摘　　要：通过对43所高校580名硕士生进行调查发现,近年来在研究生招生、培养及就业等方面存在不少问题。为此提出适度控制研究生招生规模,实行差异化的学制和个性化的培养方案,增加投入改善研究生教学科研条件及生活条件,确保研究生参与课题研究的数量和质量,扩大国内外学术交流,切实提高研究生综合素质和科研能力等多项措施,以提高硕士研究生教育质量。Findings from a survey of 580 master＇s students from 43 universities reveal problems in graduate enrollment,master＇s programs,and employment of master＇s degree recipients.Strategies to tackle the problems and raise the quality of master＇s degree education include setting a proper limit to the postgraduate enrollments,providing a flexible length of study and a more individually-tailored training plan,improving students＇ learning,research and living conditions with increased funding,ensuring opportunities for students to participate in high quality research projects,expanding international academic exchange,and enhancing students＇ overall as well as research capabilities.
