我国民族院校诊所法律教育的个性化探究

摘　　要：本文基于对诊所法律教育的一般性,特别是民族院校诊所法律教育特殊性的认识,分析了民族院校诊所法律教育所面临的"教育对象"、"案件特色"和"真实案件来源"的特殊性问题,提出了通过"加强师资培训"、"重塑民族院校形象"和"有效开发特色案源"的具体措施,以解决民族院校诊所法律教育问题,使诊所法律教育在民族院校得以顺利开展并不断发展。Based on the understanding of general features of clinical legal education and specific features of clinical legal education at ethnic universities,this paper analyzes some special problems such as ＂education recipients＂,＂characteristics of cases＂ and ＂sources of true cases＂in clinical legal education at ethnic universities.It also puts forward some measures to solve the problems such as strengthening teachers training,reestablishing the image of ethnic universities and effectively developing sources of cases with characteristic so as to enhance the smooth and continuous development of clinical legal education in ethnic universities.
