摘 要:在30 mm的填料实验塔内,对DN50丝绕矩形螺旋圈填料的流体力学性能进行了测定,获得了该填料的流体力学性能数据;在Bain-Hougen以及Leva模型基础上、利用实验数据回归出包含系统性质和填料特性参数的填料液泛气速、填料层压降关联式。利用获得的流体力学实验数据,对关联式计算值和实验测量值进行了比较,二者吻合较好,最大相对误差绝对值小于10%。研究结果可用于同系列的其他型号填料流体力学性能计算,也可以作为该填料推广应用、工业设计应用的参考依据。The data of hydrodynamic performance of DNSO wire-coiled rectangle helix ring packing were measured and determined in a packed column with diameter of 30 mm. Based on Bain-Hougen and Leva equations, with the experimental data, the models for predicting the flood point velocities and pressure drop of the random packing were derived. The models incorporate the operating variables, the properties of the system, and packing factors. Compared with the measured values, the models can predict satisfactory results, and the maximum deviation is smaller than 10%. The research results can be used to predict the hydrodynamic performance of other types of packing in such series, and provide some references in application for generalization and industry design.
