摘　　要：目的探讨pH对安神补脑液稳定性的影响。方法结合安神补脑液的现行药典标准及HPLC图谱,对加速反应后的不同pH值的安神补脑液进行检测,分析成分的变化规律。结果pH对安神补脑液中维生素B1、二苯乙烯苷、淫羊藿的黄酮类成分均有影响,pH=5.0～5.5的环境较有利于安神补脑液的稳定。结论pH对安神补脑液的稳定性有较大的影响,应确定合适的制剂pH范围。Objective To investigate the effect of pH value on the stability of Anshen Bunao Liquid. Methods According to the current pharmacopeia standards and the chromatogram of Anshen Bunao Liquid, the preparation with different pH value was detected after accelerated reaction, and the variation regularity of the components was analyzed. Results pH value had an impact on vitamin B1, stilbene glycoside and flavonoid glycoside from An- shen Bunao Liquid. The pH from 5.0 to 5.5 was benefit to the stability of A nshen Bunao Liquid. Conclusions pH has an impact on the stability of A nshen Buncto Liquid, and therefore the pH environment should be proper.
