摘　　要：本文对日本政府支持中小企业技术创新的政策与措施进行了全面的梳理与分析。我国也应借鉴日本的作法，提升我国中小企业的技术创新能力。The paper gives a comprehensive analysis on the Japanese government＇s policies and measures of supporting the technological innovation of small and medium-sized enterprises. China can also learn from these practices in Japan to raise the competitiveness of the small and medium-sized enterprises in China.
