摘  要:【目的】调查母乳中铅、砷、镉、锌、铜、锰等多种微量元素间的相关性,及与母血中相应元素之间的关系。【方法】收集200名产妇的母乳与母血标本,采用微波消解-电感耦合等离子质谱法测定其中的铅、砷、镉、锌、铜、锰含量,并对其相关性进行探讨。【结果】母乳与母血中营养元素间未发现相关,而污染元素砷与镉在母乳与母血间存在相关(砷:r=0.317,P=0.00,镉:r=0.333,P=0.00)。在母乳标本中,一些微量元素之间存在显著的相关,如铅与镉(r=0.159,P=0.038),铅与锰(r=0.298,P=0.00),砷与镉(r=0.352,P=0.00),锌与镉(r=0.205,P=0.00),铜与镉(r=0.299,P=0.00),锰与镉(r=0.387,P=0.00),砷与铜(r=0.158,P=0.026),锌与锰(r=0.350,P=0.00)。【结论】母乳与母血中元素间的相关与否可能提示元素从血到母乳不同的转运机制,而母乳中各元素间的相关则揭示可能存在的交互作用。[Objective] To investigate the correlation of Pb, As, Cd, Zn, Cu, Mn elements between human milk and blood, and inter-element correlations in human milk. [Method] 200 pairs of milk and blood were collected, the concen- trations of elements were determined by microwave inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry, the relationship of those elements were also analyzed. [Results] Several inter-element correlations were found within milk sample. Eg: Pb vs Cd (r=0. 159,P=0.038),Pb vs Mn (r=0. 298,P=0.00),As vs Cd(r=0. 352,P=0.00),Zn vs Cd(r= 0. 205,P=0.00),Cu vs Cd(r=0. 299,P=0.00),Mn vs Cd(r=0. 387,P= 0.00),As vs Cu(r=0. 158,P= 0. 026),Zn vs Mn (r=0. 350,P= 0.00). No correlations were observed between the nutrient elements in milk and blood samples, but for toxic elements Cd and As, such correlations were found (As:r=0. 317,P=0.00,Cd:r=0. 333,P=0.00). [Conclusions] The correlations of trace element probably reflect the inter-element interactions in milk sample, and the occurrence of correlations between milk and blood suggests that the analyzed elements are subjected to a regulated transport from blood to milk.
