摘  要:【目的】观察早产儿呼吸窘迫综合征(respiratory-distress syndrome NRDS)的镉、铅、铜、铁、锌、钙和镁7种元素含量的变化。【方法】研究对象分为早产儿NRDS组30例和早产儿肺炎组25例,分别留取血标本,采用微分电位溶出法检测7种微/宏量元素的浓度。【结果】早产儿NRDS组镉、铅和钙明显高于肺炎组(P<0.05或<0.01),锌、铁明显低于肺炎组(P<0.05或<0.01)。【结论】早产儿NRDS存在镉、铅、铁、锌、钙等元素的改变。[Objective] To analyze the characteristics of the trace elements in preterm neonates with respiratory-dis- tress syndrome(NRDS). [Methods] Collected the venous blood and centrifugated the RBC of the 30 cases of preterm neonates with NRDS and 25 cases with pneumonia in NICU. Cadmium, lead, copper, ferrum, zinc, calcium and magnesium were detected by differential potentiometric stripping analysis(DPSA). [Result] Cadmium, lead and calcium were significantly higher in NRDS than in pneumonia, ferrum and zinc were significantly lower in NRDS than in pneumonia(P〈0.05 or M0.01). [Conclusion] Some trace elements such as cadmium, lead, ferrum, zinc and calcium were disturbed in preterm neonates with NRDS.
