摘　　要：目的:探讨TRAF6在不同侵袭能力的乳腺癌组织及细胞系中的表达.方法:(1)应用免疫组化方法检测TRAF6在正常乳腺组织和乳腺癌组织中的表达.(2)应用Western blotting方法检测TRAF6在高、低侵袭能力癌细胞系MDA-MB-231、MCF-7及正常乳腺细胞系MCF-10A中的表达.结果:(1)正常乳腺组织中TRAF6的阳性表达率低于乳腺癌组织(P<0.05),在导管原位癌的阳性表达率显著低于浸润性导管癌中(P<0.01).(2)TRAF6蛋白在MCF-10A中的表达低于乳腺癌细胞系中的表达,MCF-7中的表达量低于MDA-MB-231中的表达量.结论:TRAF6蛋白表达量随着乳腺癌的侵袭能力的增加而增加,说明TRAF6可能与乳腺癌侵袭能力有关.Objective： This study investigated the expression of TRAF6 in different invasive abiIity breast corcinama tissue and ceils. Methods ： （ 1 ） Using immunohistochemistry, We examined expression of TRAF6 in normal breast tissue and breast carcinoma tissue. （2） In cultured normal breast cells, low and high invasive a- bility breast carcinoma cells, respectively MCF- 10A, MCF-7 and MDA- MB -231 ,We also examined ex- pression of TRAF6 with Western blotting. Results ： （ 1 ） Positive expression rate of TRAF6 in normal breast tis- sue is lower than that of breast carcinoma tissue （ P 〈 0.05）. Positive expression rate of TRAF6 in intraductal carcinoma in situ is notably lower than that of invasive ductal carcinoma （ P 〈0.01 ）. （2） Compared with breast carcinoma cells, expression of TRAF6 in MCF - 10A decreases notably. Compared with MDA - MB - 231, expression of TRAF6 in MCF -7 also decreases. Conclusions： TRAF6 and invasive ability could be posi- tive correlation in breast carcinoma.
