摘  要:针对"国家生命科学与技术人才培养基地"学生特点,改革实验教学,培养学生实践动手能力、分析问题和解决问题能力,着重强调学生的创新精神和创新能力培养。充分利用以及整合教学与科研资源,打通教学壁垒,改革以课堂、书本为中心的传统教学模式,树立以学生教学活动为主体的观念,着眼于学生自学创新能力的提高,调动学生学习的积极性与主动性,构建生命科学基地学生主导探索性研究的课程体系,实施学生自主创新研究项目,培养学生创新能力,实现国家生命科学与技术人才培养基地发展目标。In view of students' characteristics in the National Base of Life Science and Biotechnology, experiment teaching has been reformed to cultivate the students' abilities in practice, analysis and problem solving, with stress on the development of their innovative spirit and ability. We have made full use of and integrated teaching and research resources, removed teaching barriers, reformed the traditional classroom- and textbookbased teaching method, created a new teaching conception that is centered on student teaching activity, focused on improving their innovative ability, stimulated their initiatives in learning, constructed an explorative research-oriented curriculum for students in the National Base of Life Science and implemented students' innovative research projects to cultivate their innovative ability, all of which help achieve the training objective of the National Base of Life Science and Bioteehnology.
