摘　　要：塑造以人为本的医德价值观,有利于塑造和谐的医患关系,并促进社会主义和谐社会的生成。医德缺失的根本原因在于培养医学人才时科学精神和人文精神的严重分离,导致医患疏离,只有帮未来的医生树立良好的医德医风,中国的医德医风才有未来。加强医学生人文素质教育是树立良好的医生形象、培养行业医德医风的需要。Molding the people-oriented medical ethics value helps the harmonious doctor-patient relationship and promotes a socialist harmonious society. The fundamental cause of lacking in medical morality lies in the serious separation of the science spirit from the humane spirit in training medical talents, which causes dis- tance between doctors and patients. Only by helping future doctors set up sound medical morality, will China＇ s medical ethics have its future. Strengthening medical students＇ humanities education is necessary for creating a doctor＇ s good image and fostering profession morality.
