摘　　要：纸质期刊的网络版是目前最为成熟和普遍的网络期刊类型。其常见问题包括办刊理念的转变、管理模式与观念的改变、知识产权及版权问题、信息安全及网络期刊增值服务问题、质量评价系统改变等,并对存在的问题进行了分析。Online version of routine periodicals is the most mature and popular type of online periodicals at present. The common issues include the change of journal-running idea, changes of administration mode and concept, intellectual property rights, copyright, information security, increased value service, and quality evaluation. The paper analyzes some existing problems.
