摘　　要：目的分析3 476名已婚妇女宫颈检查和宫颈刮片结果,了解宫颈糜烂与宫颈刮片巴氏分级的关系。方法回顾性分析该院2003～2008年行妇科检查的3 476名已婚妇女宫颈检查和宫颈刮片的结果。结果年龄与宫颈糜烂程度有关联(P<0.01),≤30岁组的宫颈糜烂发病率最高(68.0%);年龄与宫颈刮片的巴氏分级有关联(P<0.05),≥61岁组的巴氏分级ⅡB级及其以上发病率最高(4.9%);不同宫颈糜烂程度与宫颈刮片的巴氏分级有关联(P<0.01),重度宫颈糜烂组的巴氏分级ⅡB级及其以上发病率最高(17.3%)。结论宫颈糜烂与随年龄增长患病率逐渐降低;宫颈癌发病率与年龄、宫颈糜烂程度存在正相关。积极治疗宫颈糜烂,针对高龄妇女进行定期检查,有利于早期发现宫颈癌。Objective To explore the relationship between different degree of cervical erosion and Papanicolaou grading of cervi- cal scraping smear by analyzing results of cervical examination and cervical scraping smear in 3476 married women. Methods The results of cervical examination and cervical scraping smear in 3476 married women during 2003-2008 were retrospectively analyzed. Results There was association between ages and cervical erosion（P^0.01） ,and the incidence of cervical erosion was highest （68. 0%） in less than 30 ages group. There was association between ages and Papanicolaou grading of cervical scraping smear（P^0. 05） ,and the incidence of more than Papanicolaou grading IIB was highest （4.9%） in above 61 ages group. There was association between different degree cervical erosion and Papanicolaou grading of cervical scraping smear（P^0.01） ,and the incidence of more than Papanieolaou grading IIB was highest （17.3%） in severe erosion group. Conclusion The cervical erosion is closely related to ages,and the incidence gradually decreases following with age growth. There is postive relationship between ages, cervical erosion and cervical carcinoma. Active treatment of eerviacal erosion and periodic examination of aged women are helpful to early discover and control cervical carcinoma,which will improve the quality of life.
