摘　　要：当前,各界人士提出了许多改善成人高等教育质量监控的方法和策略,但大多并未能很好地予以实施。可从人性的视角来解读质量监控优化的方法和策略实施的困难,同时提出相应的建议。Currently, people from different fields provide supervisory control method to improve the quality of adult higher education, but most of them can not be put into practice properly. The thesis analyses the implementing difficulties involved in the optimization of supervisory control method from humanity perspective, and the relevant measures were recommended.
