摘  要:目的:设计一种多导生理记录仪,可以监测心电、血压、肌张力等多种生理参数。方法:该系统通过前置放大器放大生物信号,经A/D转换后,通过软件模拟示波器模块显示信号波形,同时进行数据存储;配套软件可以分析采集的数据,绘制相应曲线并保存为通用的Word、Excel格式。结果:通过实验证明,该系统可准确记录兔的心电、呼吸实验,蛙骨骼肌收缩实验,坐骨神经干动作电位实验。结论:该系统可以准确地记录实验动物或离体器官的生物信号,已应用于吉林大学、长春中医药大学等院校的生理药理试验中,并取得了较好的教学效果。Objective To design a multi-lead physiological recorder to monitor the physiological signals such as ECG,blood pressure and muscular tension.Methods The preamplifier was used to amplify the biological signals,and after A/D conversion,the signal waveform display by the analog oscilloscope and data storage were performed.Then the data were acquired,and corresponding curve was formed and saved as Work or Excel format.Results Experiments showed that the multi-lead physiological recorder could be used for the rabbit ECG respiration test,frog skeletal muscle contraction test and sciatic nerve trunk action potential test.Conclusion The multi-lead physiological recorder can record the biological signals of the experimental animal or excised organ,which has been applied in physiology and pharmacology experiments of Jilin University and Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.
