摘  要:目的检测舌下神经压榨损伤前后舌下神经核和神经纤维损伤后的修复再生情况,探讨NGF对大鼠舌下神经损伤后神经修复再生的作用。方法20只SD大鼠随机分为对照组(NS组)和治疗组(NGF组),两组动物存活时间分别为7d和14d。分别于各时间点取脑干做Nissl染色,取神经干做电镜观察。结果Nissl染色显示治疗组7d、14d损伤侧舌下神经核内运动神经元存活率明显高于NS组,超薄切片观察NGF组神经干形态亦优于NS组。结论大鼠舌下神经压榨损伤后外源性NGF具有保护受损的舌下神经元及促进神经再生的作用。Objective To evaluate the possible role of nerve growth factor (NGF) on neuronal protection and regeneration of injured nerve in a model of hypoglossal nerve injury in rats. Methods Twenty healthy adult SD rats were divided into two groups randomly: NS control group and NGF treatment group. The rats were allowed to survive for 7and 14 days after operation respectively and perfused transcardially with properfixatives. Nissl~ staining was used to evaluate cellular morphological and architectural changes in the hypoglossal nucleus. Electron micro- scopic study was exploited to invastigate the subceUular structural alternations of the hypoglossal nerve distal to the injury site. Results The survival rate of motoneurons in hypoglossal nucleus of injured side in NGF group was higher than that in NS group. Uhrastructural study revealed more regenerating myelinated axons which distributed homogenously in the distal site of the lesioned hypoglossal nerve from the NGF group than NS group. Conclusion Exogenous NGF can protective damaged neurons and promote nerve regeneration after hypoglossal nerve crush injury in rats.
