摘　　要：6σ理论在莱钢得到了一定的普及和应用，使其理论更有效地转化为生产力，以满足企业的精细化生产要求，作者站在质检基层的角度，分析了6σ理论在实际工作中的应用前景。Six Sigma Theory has found popularity and application at a certain degree in Laigang, seeing the theory more effectively transforming into productivity, so as to make it meet the requirements of the enterprise in fine production. We, at an angle of being at grass roots of quality testing, analyze the application perspective of the theory in actual work.
