摘  要:目的:探讨脑血管疾病患者血清同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)和血清超敏C-反应蛋白(HsCRP)水平变化及其相关性.方法:收集脑梗死病患者65例,短暂性脑缺血发作(TIA)患者45例和非脑血管病患者(对照组)55例血液标本,采用化学发光法测定血清Hcy,散射比浊法测定HsCRP.结果:脑血管疾病患者血清Hcy和血清HsCRP浓度水平和异常率均较对照组显著升高(P<0.05),两者之间存在相关性(P<0.05).结论:Hcy和HsCRP的升高可能与脑血管疾病的发生和发展有关,检测患者血清Hcy和HsCRP对诊断和治疗脑血管疾病有重要的临床意义.Objective: To investigate the change of serum homocysteine (Hcy) and high sen- sitivity C-reactive protein (HsCRP) levels in cerebrovascular disease and the correlationship between Hcy and HsCRP. Methods: Blood samples were collected from 65 patients with cerebral infarction, 45 patients with transient ischemic attack (TIA) and 55 control patients without cerebrovascular disease. The concentrations and abnormal rate of Hcy and HsCRP were determinated by means of electrochemical luminescence and immunoturbidimetry, respectively. Results: Both Hcy and HsCRP levels and abnormal rate in the patients with cerebrovascular disease increased significantly as compared with the controls (P 〈 0.05), and correlation was found between Hcy and HsCRP (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion: The abnormality of the Hcy level and high sensitivity C-reactive protein level may be linked to cerebrovascular disease. Hcy level and high sensitivity C-reactive protein level are useful to diagnosis and treatment.
