摘　　要：建立人才培养效率评估的DEA模型,对模型的运算结果进行规模分析、有效性分析和松弛变量分析。同时,对非有效的决策单元进行投影分析,为完善人才培养体系提供理论依据。This paper tries to build a DEA model of the efficiency of talents cultivation.Through availability analysis,scale analysis and slack variable analysis of model's calculation results,and through projection analysis of non-effective decision making units,valuable conclusion is made,which provides a theoretical basis for improving talents cultivation system.
