长春市社区全科医学岗位培训绩效分析

摘　　要：目的通过分析全科医学岗位培训效果,探讨社区医护人员岗位培训的最佳方法和有效途径,提高全科医学岗位培训的质量。方法采用自行设计问卷,整群抽样的方式,对参加长春市全科医学培训的社区医护人员1200人(其中全科医师521人、社区护士679人)进行问卷调查、个别访谈,并对调查获得的全部资料进行SPSS13.0统计处理。结果长春市社区卫生服务人员年龄偏大;学历层次偏低,尤其是社区护士中专学历占53.76%;职称结构以初级、中级为主,特别是社区护士初级职称占57.88%。学员对全科医学岗位培训的总体满意率达82.40%,综合考试总成绩平均分数为83.95分。结论科学开展全科医学岗位培训工作,是增强社区医护人员服务意识、更新服务理念、提高服务水平的有效途径,是促进区域社区卫生服务持续发展的重要保证。Objective To analyze the general effects of the medical-job training,community health care workers to explore the best way to job training and an effective way to improve the general quality of medical training posts.Methods A self-designed questionnaire,stratified cluster sampling to participate in Changchun City in general medical training of community health care workers 1 200（of which 521 were general practitioners,community nurses 679） was conducted,individual interviews were performed,and all survey data was analyzed by SPSS13.0 statistics.Results The staff in the community health services was in the older age;with low education levels,particularly secondary education community nurses for more than 50%;title structure was primary,the main was the secondary,in particular,community nurses in primary titles accounted for more than 50%.Participants overall satisfaction with the training were up to 82.40 percent,the average final exam score of 78.9 hours of training obtained good results.Conclusion The of general medical-job training to enhance student awareness of community services,update services,a higher level of service has played an important role in promoting the Changchun City,the work of community health service development,a higher level of service had played an important role in promoting the Changchun City.
