摘　　要：胃肠道类癌罕见，占胃肠道恶性肿瘤的０．４％～１．８％。由于胃肠道类癌在临床上常缺乏特异性表现，因此术前正确诊断十分困难，本病当出现类癌综合征时可帮助诊断，但国内外报道并不多见，本组亦未发现类癌综合征。胃肠道类癌的治疗目前仍以外科手术为主，切除率较高，预后较好，优于相同发病部位的腺癌。Carcinoid of gastrointestinal tract is rare.It account for 0.4%～1.8% of malignant tumor of gastrointestinal tract.Due to lack of specific clinical manifest,the correct diagnoses of this disease before operation are very difficult.Although the appearance of carcinoid syndrome may contribute to the diagnose,few cases were reported around the world and we didn't find this syndrome in our group.The treatment of carcinoid of gastrointestinal tract mainly depends on operation.Compared with adenocarcinoma in the same site,the resection rate of carcinoid is higher and the prognosis is better..
