雌激素对大鼠胰腺癌前病变超微结构的影响

摘　　要：在应用重氮乙酰丝氨酸诱导大鼠胰腺腺泡细胞癌癌前病变的实验中，对部分大鼠在诱癌同时给予戊酸雌二醇处理。８周后取胰腺组织行Ｈ８００透射电镜观察。结果显示雌激素处理组与诱癌组相比，大鼠胰腺腺泡细胞内酶原颗粒数目明显减少，而细胞核内异染色质则明显增多。作者认为雌激素在一定程度上抑制了重氮乙酰丝氨酸诱导的大鼠胰腺腺泡细胞癌癌前病变的发生、发展。In the experiment of rats pancreatic precancerous lesion induced by Azaserine , we treated some rats with estrogen and got pancreatic tissue to be observed under H800 ultramicorscope . The results showed that the unmber of enzymogen of these rats pancreatic acinar cells decreased greatly , but the isochromosome in the nucleus increased obviously. The author think that estrogen inhibits the occurrence and development of rats pancreatic precancerous lesion induced by Azaserine to some degree.
