摘　　要：目的:探讨唑来膦酸钠联合化疗对恶性肿瘤骨转移的临床疗效。方法:82例恶性肿瘤骨转移患者,均按唑来膦酸钠联合化疗。结果:患者疼痛总缓解率81.7%,骨病灶控制总有效率25.6%,无明显不良反应。结论:唑来膦酸钠联合化疗是目前治疗晚期恶性肿瘤骨转移的优选方案。Objective ：To evaluate the therapeutic effect of zoledronic acid combined chemotherapy in the patients with cancer and bone metastases.Methods：All 82 patients with cancer and bone metastases were received zoledronic acid combined with chemotherapy. Results：The tatal rate of bone pain relief was 81.7%.The control rate of bone meatastases was 25.6%.No serious side effect was found in this group.Conclusion：Zoledronic acid combined chemotherapy is a better method to treat the patients with cancer and bone metastases.
