摘　　要：目的:探讨巨噬细胞移动抑制因子(MIF)及血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)在宫颈癌的表达及临床意义。方法:采用免疫组织化学SP法检测64例宫颈癌组织、20例宫颈上皮内瘤病变(CIN)组织和15例正常宫颈组织中MIF及VEGF蛋白的表达。结果:宫颈癌组MIF和VEGF阳性表达率明显高于CIN组及对照组,差异均有显著性(P<0.05或0.01);宫颈癌组的不同临床分期、不同病理学分级、有无淋巴结转移及不同肿瘤体积之间比较,MIF和VEGF的阳性表达率差异均有显著性(P<0.05或0.01),且二者表达强度呈显著正相关(P<0.05)。结论:MIF和VEGF异常表达可能与宫颈癌的发生、发展有关,并可作为评估宫颈癌恶性程度、预后及指导治疗的重要参考指标。Objective ：To explore the expression and clinical significance of MIF and VEGF in cervical cancer.Methods ：SP immunohistochemical technique was used t.o detect the expression of MIF and VEGF protein in 64 cases of cervical cancer, 20 cases of CIN and 15 cases of normal cervical tissue.Results：The positive rates of MIF and VEGF were higher in. cervical cancer group than those in CIN group and control group （P〈0.05 or 0.01）.In cervical cancer group,there were also significant differences of MIF and VEGF expression among the different clinical stages,among the different pathological grades,between the different lymph node involvement and the different tumor size （P〈0.05 or 0.01）.There was positive correlation between the expression of MIF and VEGF （P〈0.05）.Conclusion： The increased expressions of MIF and VEGF correlate with the occurrence and development of cervical cancer,and they may be an important index to evaluate the degree of malignance, prognosis and guiding clinical treatment of cervical cancer.
