摘　　要：以亚洲Ⅰ型口蹄疫病毒(Foot-and-mouth disease virus,FMDV)为研究对象,通过逆转录并进行PCR扩增得到非结构蛋白3ABC基因,然后定向克隆到原核表达载体PET-32a,重组质粒PET-3abc转化宿主菌BL21,IPTG诱导表达目的蛋白。表达产物经SDS-PAGE检测,证明重组蛋白PET-32a-3ABC成功在大肠杆菌中表达。以表达产物作为抗原,为鉴别诊断自然感染和免疫动物的方法提供了技术条件。the 3ABC gene of foot-and-mouth disease virus（FMDV） was amplified using PCR from FMDV and then cloned into PET-32a expressiovector.The recombinant plasmid PET-3abc was transformed into BL21, and the purpose of pro PAGE .The result tein was induced by IPTG in BL21, the PET-32a-3ABC protein was examined and by SDS- showed that recombinant vector was expressed in Ecoli successfully . The expressed protein as an antigen can be used to differentiate the infection from vaccination.
