心房纤颤患者β-纤维蛋白原-148C/T基因多态性与缺血性心脑血管病的相关研究

摘　　要：目的探讨心房纤颤患者β-纤维蛋白原-148C/T(β-Fg-148C/T)基因多态性与血浆纤维蛋白原(Fg)水平及缺血性脑血管病的关系。方法检测92例心房纤颤合并脑梗死患者、80例心房纤颤患者和98名健康者的β-Fg-148C/T基因型及等位基因,并测定血浆Fg水平。结果心房纤颤合并脑梗死组及心房纤颤组β-Fg-148C/T中T等位基因频率与健康对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);心房纤颤合并脑梗死组β-Fg-148C/T中T等位基因频率与心房纤颤组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);心房纤颤合并脑梗死组及心房纤颤组血浆Fg水平与健康对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);心房纤颤合并脑梗死组血浆Fg水平与心房纤颤组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);T等位基因携带者血浆Fg水平明显高于同组C/C基因型,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论β-148C/T基因的T等位基因与心房纤颤合并脑梗死及心房纤颤关系密切,并且与血浆高水平的Fg有关,血浆Fg水平与心房纤颤合并脑梗死密切相关。Objective To investgate the relationships amonge β-fibrinogen -413 -fibrinogen - 148C/T genes poly- morphism with serum fibrogen level and ischemic cardiovascular and cerebral vascular disease. Methods Determine the genotypes of β- Fg - 148C/T in 92 cases of artrial fibrillation accompanied cerebral infarction, 80 cases of artral fibrillation alone, and 98 health cases as control group. The alleles of them were also determined. Their serum Fg levels were also measured. Results There are significant difference between the artrial fibrillation accompanied cerebral infarction and the health group; also significant difference between that in artral fibrillation group and health group （ P 〈 0. 05）. But there is no significant difference between the two diseased groups. The serum Fg level in artrial fibrillation accompanied cerebral infarction group has significant difference compared with that in the artral fibrillation group and in health group; also significant difference between that in artral fibrillation group and health group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）, and significant difference between that in artral fibrillation group and health group （P 〈 0. 05 ）. The Fg level in T allele genotypes was significant higher than that in C/C genotypes, and have statistical value. Conclusion The a allele in gene of β- Fg - 148C/T have close relationship with artrial fibrillation and artrial fibrillation accompanied cerebral infarction, also have close relationship with high serum level of Fg. The serun Fg level has close relationship with the onset of artrial fibrillation accompanied cerebral infarction.
