摘　　要：中国农村民主政治制度建设方面取得了飞跃发展,但在现实中却出现了制度与心理不协调,良好的民主政治制度缺乏贯彻执行的精神等问题。政治心理是政治行为的先导,农民政治心理在现代性转变过程中取得的突破能给我国基层民主政治发展和进步带来广泛而深远的影响。本文基于当前我国农民政治心理方面存在的问题,从政治心理的视角,试图探求我国农村民主政治发展的新视角:培育公民型政治心理。The building of the democratic political system in rural China has achieved rapid development, but in reality, it was an uncoordinated system and psychology, a good democratic political system lack of implementing the spirit and the other issues. Political psychology is the leading of political behavior, the farmers＇ political psychology in the modem transformation process achieve a breakthrough to the main body of China＇s grassroots democracy in the development and progress brought about extensive and far-reaching impact. Based on the current political psychological aspects of China＇s peasant problem, from the political psychological perspective, attempt to explore the development of democratic politics in China＇s rural areas： A new view-based civic and political psychology.
