摘 要:目的:探讨宫颈癌组织中TRAIL及其受体(DR4,DcR1)的表达与宫颈病变之间的关系。方法:免疫组化SP法检测宫颈15例CIN0级、16例CINⅠ、15例CINⅡ~Ⅲ级、36例宫颈癌,其中高分化和中分化21例,低分化15例标本中TRAIL及其受体(DR4,DcR1)的表达。结果:TRAIL在CIN0级、CINⅠ级、CINⅡ~Ⅲ级、宫颈癌组织中的表达逐渐减少,各组比较差异无统计学意义;DR4在CIN0级、CINⅠ级、CINⅡ~Ⅲ级的表达无明显趋向性,3组之间比较差异无统计学意义,宫颈癌组织中的表达减少,宫颈癌与CIN0级、CINⅠ级、CINⅡ~Ⅲ级比较差异有统计学意义;DcR1在CIN0、CINⅠ级、CINⅡ~Ⅲ级、宫颈癌组织中的表达逐渐减少,DcR1在CIN0、CINⅠ级、CINⅡ~Ⅲ级间比较差异无统计学意义,宫颈癌与CIN0级、CINⅠ级、CINⅡ~Ⅲ级间比较差异有统计学意义;TRAIL、DR4、DcR1的表达随着宫颈癌分化程度的降低而降低,DR4表达差异有统计学意义,其余两组差异无统计学意义。TRAIL与DR4、DcR1无相关性。结论:DR4的表达与宫颈癌的预后有关,DcR1在正常组织表达量高,在癌症组织表达量低,从而说明TRAIL与诱捕受体结合保护正常细胞。Objective: To explore the relationship between the expression levels of TRAIL and its receptors and cervical lesions. Methods: The expression levels of TRAIL and its receptors ( DR4, DcR1 ) in 15 cases of CIN 0, 16 cases CIN Ⅰ , 15 cases of CIN Ⅱ-Ⅲ, 36 cases of cervical carcinoma (21 cases of high differentiation and 15 cases of low differentiation) were detected by immunohisto- chemical SP method. Results : The expression levels of TRAIL decreased gradually from CIN 0, CIN Ⅰ, CIN Ⅱ-Ⅲ to cervical carcinoma, but there was no difference among the groups; there was no taxis in expression level of DR4 among CIN 0, CIN Ⅰ, CIN Ⅱ-Ⅲ, there was no difference among the three groups, there was significant difference in expression level of DR4 between cervical carcinoma and CIN 0, CIN Ⅰ, CIN Ⅱ-Ⅲ ; the expression levels of DcR1 decreased gradually from CIN 0,CIN Ⅰ, CIN Ⅱ-Ⅲ to cervical carcinoma, there was difference among CIN 0, CIN Ⅰ, CIN Ⅱ-Ⅲ, but there was significant difference between cervical carcinoma and CIN 0, CIN Ⅰ, CIN Ⅱ-Ⅲ ; the expression levels of TRAIL, DR4 and DcR1 decreased with the decrease of differentiation degrees of cervical carcinoma, there was significant difference in expression level of DR4, but there was no difference in expression levels of TRAIL and DeR1 ; there was correlation between TRAIL and DR4, DcR1. Conclusion: The expression of DR4 is related to prognosis of cervical carcinoma, high expression of DcR1 in normal cervical tissues and low expression of DcR1 in cervical carcinoma tissues indicate that TRAIL and its receptors play a protective role in normal ceils.
