摘　　要：CBE理论是一种全新的教育模式,课程设置按照职业需求设定,授课方式灵活多样,考核方式不拘泥于笔试成绩。这种教育模式能满足职业需求,培养学生的职业能力,是一种成功的教育模式。法律专业教育应该借鉴CBE理论,培养应用性法律专业人才。CBE theory is a new mode of education. The curriculum is set according to professional needs. Under it the flexible and diverse teaching methods are used, assessment methods do not rigidly adhere to the written test results. This mode of education meets professional needs,trains students with professional skills, so it is a successful educational model. Education of law specialty should learn from CBE theory, train application-oriented talents.
