有机硒对成年淮南麻鸡输卵管膨大部黏蛋白的影响

摘　　要：试验应用组织化学PAS-AB染色和定量图像分析法,研究了不同水平的微量元素硒对成年淮南麻鸡输卵管膨大部黏蛋白的影响。结果表明:日粮中添加0.20mg/kg微量元素硒时,输卵管膨大部黏蛋白与对照组(不加硒)相比差异显著(P<0.05);日粮中添加0.60mg/kg微量元素硒时,输卵管膨大部黏蛋白与对照组相比差异极显著(P<0.05);当饲料中添加1.0mg/kg微量元素硒时,输卵管膨大部黏蛋白与对照组相比差异不显著(P>0.05)。因此,有机硒对成年淮南麻鸡输卵管膨大部黏蛋白的影响有显著差异性。In the trial, histochemistry PAS-AB staining and quantitative image analysis were applied to determine the effect of different level of organic selenium on mucins of oviduct bulge site of adult Huainan Spotted chicken. The result showed that the mucins contain of oviduct bulge site in the group that were fed wi{h organic selenium of 0.20 mg/kg in their diet was different from that of control group （P〈 0.05 ） ; the group fed with diet containing organic selenium of 0.60 mg/kg was significantly different from that of the control （P 〈 0.01 ）, but there was no difference between the group fed with diet corltaining organic selenium of 1 mg/kg （P〉0.05）. Therefore, organic selenium could markedly take effect on mucins of oviduct bulge site of adult Huainan Spotted chicken.
