摘　　要：高职钢琴专业就业面广泛,但学生就业率不容乐观。钢琴课堂教学改革已取得了一定的成效,考核形式的改革也势在必行。将就业的人才需求与课堂教学联系起来,构建与时俱进的,与教学相呼应的,严谨、实用、操作性强、导向性明确的考核方式,可以提高学生的就业竞争力。Piano major in vocational colleges features a wide scope of employment, but graduates＇ employment rate presents a serious problem. Some noticeable achievements have been made in piano classroom teaching form. The reform on piano teaching evaluation form is an inevitable trend. The construction of evaluation approach in correspondence with teaching, with the Ages, preciseness, practical application, high maneuverability and strong directing function, can upgrade students＇ employment competitiveness.
