摘 要:高炉TRT液压系统存在油压波动大、油温高、伺服马达磨损严重、高炉顶压调节品质差等问题,经分析为液压、润滑系统设计不合理和油品清洁度差所致,采取增设储备油箱、酸洗管路、更换伺服马达等措施后,高炉顶压调节性能得到改善,消除了TRT液压、润滑系统缺陷,取得良好效果。There are some problems for blast furnace TRT hydraulic system such as volatile oil pressure,high oil temperature,serious wear of servo motor and poor regulating quality for blast furnace top pressure.After analyzing the reasons for the hydraulic lubrication system,it was pointed out that the unreasonable design and poor oil cleanliness is the main reasons that result in the hydraulic lubrication system fault.Some improvement measures were presented,such as adding a reserve tank,pickling pipeline and replacing servo motor,which improve the regulation performance of blast furnace top pressure and eliminate the fault of TRT hydraulic lubrication system,and good results are achieved.
