摘  要:从价值上考察我国当代师生交往制度是提升师生交往质量的必要环节。通过分析发现,我国现行师生交往制度的核心价值事实上是广义的平等,既包括"人格平等",又包括"师生的平等参与"。但是,这与师生交往应该具有的教育性这一核心价值还有差距,让我国师生交往制度回归教育性是解决这一问题的必然选择。我国师生交往制度回归教育性就是要:以"促进学生发展"的教育性代替平等成为师生交往的核心价值追求;强化教师在师生交往中的领导者和组织者地位和责任;赋予教师在师生交往中的合法行为自主权。A value examination of the contemporary teacher-student communication system in China is an essential step to improve the quality of teacher-student communication. The results show that the core value of teacher-student communication is the equality in its broad sense, which includes the equality of human dignity and the equal participation of teachers and students. However, it is still different from the core value of education teacher-student communication should bear. It is the inevitable choice to solve this problem for us to return the nature of education to the teacher-student communication. To pursue this, equality should be replaced by improving students’ development as the core value, the role and duty of teachers as the leader and organizer should be emphasized and teachers should be empowered to act independently and legally in the teacher-student communication.
