摘　　要：目的:探讨不同类型及不同阶段的急性胰腺炎(AP)的治疗方法。方法:回顾性分析100例急性胰腺炎的临床诊治资料。结果:急性轻症胰腺炎(MAP)65例全部治愈,急性重症胰腺炎(SAP)35例,其中重症I型22例,全部治愈,重症II型13例,死亡2例,并发胰腺假性囊肿2例,胰腺脓肿2例,肠瘘1例,经后期治疗痊愈。结论:对不同类型及不同阶段的AP采用综合治疗措施是提高治愈率、降低病死率的关键。Objective：To investigate the therapy methods of acute pancreatitis in different types and stages.Methods：To summarize clinical treatment data of 100 acute pancreatitis cases from May 2006 to April 2008.Results：Among 65 cases of common acute pancreatitis,all patients were cured or improved.There were 35 cases of severe acute pancreatitis,of whom 22 and 13,respectively,were severe acute pancreatitis type I and type II.In severe acute pancreatitis type I cases,all patients were cured or improved.In severe acute pancreatitis type II cases,two patients died.The pancreatic pseudocyst was formed in two patients,the pancreatic abscess was formed in two patients,the intestinal fistul was formed in one patient,and then the patients were cured.Conclusion：To treat different types and stages of acute pancreatitis patients with comprehensive measures was essential to increase the cure rate and to decrease the mortality rate.
