摘　　要：归核化经营是实现冀中能源集团快速健康发展的最重要策略之一。本文首先从落实国家产业政策、做大做强企业、提高运营效率、降低经营风险方面,论述了集团实施归核化经营的现实背景;然后从领导思维、发展战略、经营业务、集团管控、产品技术、人才干部、企业文化七个方面,分析了集团的归核化经营策略,最后分析了集团归核化经营所面临的挑战并给出了相应对策。Refocusing operation strategy is one of the most important strategies to achieve rapid and health development of Jizhong Energy Group.The background to enforce refocusing operation strategy of the group is firstly discussed from aspects of implementing national industrial policy,building bigger and stronger enterprise,enhancing operation efficiency and reducing operation risks.Then its refocusing operation strategy is analyzed in segments of leadership thinking,development strategy,operational businesses,group management and control,products and technology,professionals and cadres management and enterprise culture.The challenges of its refocusing operation strategy are finally analyzed and the corresponding countermeasures are put forward.
