摘　　要：将经济收益管理理论与参考咨询实际工作结合,探讨网络环境下参考咨询边际收益潜在的递增规律性,分析了网络环境下参考咨询边际收益递增的影响因素,提出了推动参考咨询边际收益递增的相关策略等。In this paper, the revenue management theory is applied in reference services work. It explores potential regularity of increasing marginal returns of reference work based on the environment, and analyzes the impact factors on increasing marginal returns of reference. The strategies of increasing reference marginal returns are put forward. 18refs.
