摘  要:应用兔大脑中动脉阻断(MCAO)局灶脑缺血模型,放免法测定脑组织和血浆中内源性阿片肽(β-内啡肽、强啡肽 A_(1-13))的含量。结果发现脑缺血后这两种肽含量均显著增加,且随缺血时间的延长而递增,与脑组织 H_2O、Na^+含量之间呈一定的正相关关系。该结果提示内源性阿片肽可能参与局灶脑缺血脑水肿的发生发展。On the basis of the model of middle cerebral artery occlusion(MCAO)focal cere- bral ischemic model,the endogenous opioids(β-endorphin,β-END;Dynorphin A_(1-13),Dyn A_(1-13))in plasma and in brain tissue were determined by RIA.We found that the contents of these two neu- ropeptides were significantly increased and varied much more with the delay of ischemic time. There were positive correlation between the contents of β-END,Dyn A_(1-13)and water.The results suggested that the endogenous opioids might take part in the ischemic brain edema.
